Space Opened And Frees All The Comet Observers Of All The Nations

OBSERVER'S 10 COMMANDMENTS

1)Go to the telescope without any pre-conceived ideas.
2)Just register what you saw faithfully.
3)Report promptly and scientifically. Check your numbers before submitting.
4)Forget about predictions. They may be dead wrong.
5)Do not try to conform or find agreement with others.
You may be the first to be watching a decrease in magnitude or an increase in magnitude
(an outburst?) and you may risk missing credit for the discovery.
6)Criticism must be respectful, constructive and positive. Otherwise it must be done privately.
7)If you want to be respected, respect others first. Do not use insulting or humiliating words when referring to others.  It is not in accord with scientific ethic.
8)Do not cheat. Cheating in science is silly. When others repeat the experiment or the observation they will find
you wrong.
9)Do not appropriate other people work or results. Always give credit to others whatever small their contribution
may have been. Do not do unto others what you would not like to be done unto you.
10)Do not stray from scientific ethic.
